This site allows anybody to see what people actually face when it comes to social anxiety. There are numerous forums people can post on to try and get support on the problems they face.

It talks about numerous symptoms one might encounter when dealing with depression. It provides significant detail for my paper when I try and explain to the reader exactly what depression is.

This site explains what anxiety is and how it can affect a person. It has allowed me to let the reader know exactly what it is to better help them understand the topic I explain in the paper.

This particular forum has helped a lot in my research. It is probably the most responded to forum I have found. It allowed me to look further into one person's problem with Bi Polar disorder, and what she is doing to try and help it.

This is one of the most discussed forums I found throughout my entire project. PJ has been a member of the website for a very long time, and has an ongoing story. Hundreds of people have posted replies to him to try and help him cope with his Bi Polar disorder, and it brought a lot to my attention. There are so many caring people about there that are ready to help anyone in need who is afraid to go to a professional for help.

This one particular forum has really aided in my paper when it comes to my depression topic. This forum isn't about screennameless having a depression problem; it's about her friend who she is trying to get help for. She has come to this website to try and get others opinions one how she can help her friend. It made me realize these sites are not only about a person posting to get help, they are also for people to ask for help when dealing with others.

This site has helped me understand exactly what bi polar disorder is what the symptoms could be. It has helped me incorporate that into my paper and has given the readers an understanding on exactly what it is as well.
